Intellectual property rights associated with the Site

The Site is an intellectual work protected by intellectual property rights. The Site and all the elements which compose it (such as brands, logos, photographs, images, illustrations, texts, video clips, etc.) are the exclusive property of HORMETA, solely authorized to use the intellectual property rights and moral rights attached to it, and granting no license, nor any
another right other than that of consulting the Site.

The reproduction of any documents published on the Site is only authorized for the exclusive purposes of information for a strictly personal and private usage. HORMETA S.A. is under no circumstances liable for these interruptions or for the consequences that they may entail for the User.

Personal data

HORMETA S.A. undertakes to protect the confidentiality of personal information that it may collect concerning the User (in particular via the latter’s subscription to the newsletter, participation in competitions or online purchases). Furthermore, with the User’s consent, HORMETA S.A. may transfer their data to its partners. Pursuant to the provisions of the
Data Protection act, the User is informed that they have a right of access, rectification, deletion and of non-use of personal data pertaining to them.

Changes to the notice

Consumer opinions

Consumer opinions must not contain e-mail addresses, URLs, telephone numbers, postal addresses or other information that could enable identification of the User.
All opinions are read by moderators and the decision to post your opinion online is at the sole discretion of HORMETA S.A. The opinion will be examined within approximately 72 hours.


Should you wish to share with HORMETA S.A. your opinion regarding orders, deliveries or other issues, do not submit it via the Consumer Opinions service as it will not be published.

The HORMETA S.A. Consumer Opinions service cannot be used as a support for the diffusion of content which breaches principles of common decency, public order, other’s rights or applicable laws and regulations such as, in particular: remarks or messages of a slanderous nature, systematic or subjective criticism, content of a violent or pornographic nature or that is likely to breach the respect of human rights, usurpation of identity or corporate name, the whole or partial use of content protected by intellectual property rights.


Users are forbidden to divert the HORMETA S.A. Consumer Opinions service to carry out propaganda, prospection or proselytism for professional, commercial or political purposes (advertising statements, ‘spam’ content or references to other products, sales offers or websites, etc.).
